How we review tools

Updated Oct 22, 2026 · 40 tools listed

TraderStacks describes trading software: what it does, what it costs, how it touches your money, and what to watch out for. We are an education site. We never publish our own trade signals, tickers, price targets, or advice to buy or sell anything.

Source labels

Prices and features change. Always confirm on the vendor's site before you pay.

How we search for incidents

For each tool we search for security breaches, outages that affected customer funds, regulator actions, lawsuits, and data leaks. We only record an incident when a credible source covers it: the company itself, a regulator or court record, or an established news outlet. Each entry has a date and a link, in neutral wording. We leave out forum posts, unconfirmed reports and speculation. If nothing credible turns up, the page says "No incidents found in our search" with the search date. That is not a guarantee that nothing happened.

Affiliate links and independence

Some links on TraderStacks are affiliate links, marked as such, and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions never affect which tools we list, the order they appear in, or what our notes say. See our affiliate disclosure.
