1. Service. Educational content about trading software and paid digital guides ("Packs").
2. No advice. See the Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and losses.
3. Eligibility. 18+.
4. Acceptable use. No scraping, reselling Packs, or misuse of the generator.
5. License. Packs are licensed for your personal use only. No redistribution.
6. Third-party tools. We don't control vendors and aren't responsible for their products, pricing, security or conduct.
7. No warranty. Provided "as is".
8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
9. Governing law. The laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes. We may update these Terms. The date of the latest change is shown at the top.
